"I finally found my seat after wandering around. There were no signs directing me on how to get down to the floor, so I had to ask for help. When I found my seat, it appeared that a man was sitting in it. I politely mentioned that I believed he was in my seat, to which he stood up and revealed that he was actually sitting in his seat and a portion of mine due to his size. This left me with only half of a folding chair seat to sit in. On my other side, another man was seated, making me feel cramped in between them with my arms pressed against my chest due to Covid concerns. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to ask an usher if there were any available unsold seats. Although she was unsure, she directed me to the box office. Unfortunately, the only seat available was in row 42, far from my original purchase seat in row 29 and with a poor view of the stage. Seeking advice, I approached several other staff members, but none had a solution for me. Frustrated and unable to enjoy the experience, I eventually left and went home. The overall experience was far from pleasant."
